Well its really tough for me when it comes to writing 100 words or more beacuse im yet to discover my self..! Hmmm... never done this before but I will try my best to express myself. I am a person who loves my freedom and I like meeting new people and going to new places! I feel that I am an open-minded person who enjoys everything that life has to offer! Im simple n fun loving person, who loves to be encircled by friends...!

ooh, me the first to comment!:)
If i know that the judgement is valid, I may just leave it at: "c'mon lets give her/him some slack!" If i know that the comments are atrocious then I would surely defend my friend rite then n there!
oh ! there is nothing you need to worry or do... the way you feel good about her / him, the others too have all liberty to do express what they feel about him or her. If your friends is around you, you could worry. ( after all the situation you mentioned here is they dont know that he/she is a close friend) if they knew - you meant to mean - they might not have criticised - so.. they still might not be having a great admiration on him/her. so if they do even after knowing you are his/her frien, i would be happy because they are not hypocrite but just straight forward.
i would say - hey.. i know him/her pretty well whom you critise but, i appreciate you did about him/her, i would sure would help him become better person - even if what you did is unjustifiable - yet i listen to you as i admire and respect you.
Well this has happened with me once. After they have are done with everything I just told them that the person happens to be my friend. It really shows what others think of someone we know and sometimes it might help too. We could get them to have a clear picture if they think otherwise. Applicable only if they have some adverse things to say.
Well wanted to say something and ended up typing something vague! Am a bit clouded over :)
First of all i will hear to all their comments and then speak for the right side.
i would pretend to not know the person . any way i know its absolutely unreasonable , and i would have reason to why actions were just. so i would diplomaticaly put it to them that that person might have meant it 'this ' way , and if i were you, i would have misunderstood it oo. but it may be possible that the guy meant 'this'
beyond which if they still misunderstand him and critisize him. i would leave it at just that.
@Vamsee - You a true friend! :)
@Known Stranger - Thanks for stopping by and leaving a comment! I would agree with your thought if it is a constructive criticism.
@Sindhu - Well wanted to say something and ended up typing something vague! Am a bit clouded over! - I hope you are still not back to yourself (mentally) from your college culturals. :)
@Ram - Well.. I was asking what would be your reaction and how would your reply.. would you not defend your friend?
@Neets - Thanks for visiting my blog! You would pretend to not know the person? Hmm.. interesting...!
I would be upfront with everyone in expressing my disgust, if I know that whatever they are speaking about my friend is unjust !
I've been in that situation a lot of times. Would listen to the criticism first and then speak for my friend. Also, if I know that this friend takes my 2 cents of advice, I would tell him about the areas where people find he could do better.
Nothing to do with the culturals. It just happens to me once in a while :)
I have done something to my comments thing. Hope it's ok now. Let me know about it.
@Naveen - You a true friend! :)
@Akshay - Nice thought!
@Sindhu - It works fine now.
@ricky
Well if u ask me that way my emotional mind will force to defend my friend, my intellectual mind will force me to defend the right side but atlast emotional mind will win coz that has happened lotsa times...
